Account Deletion Policy
At ZAP by Raygun, we respect your right to control your data. You can request to delete your account and associated data at any time by following the procedures outlined on this page.
What Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Personal account information (name, email, password)
- User profile data
- Payment information stored in our systems
- User-generated content (images, videos, audio uploads)
- Usage history and preferences
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for the following reasons:
- Legal requirements: Transaction records may be kept for tax and financial reporting obligations
- Fraud prevention: Limited records may be kept to prevent fraudulent activity
- Anonymized data: Non-personal, aggregated analytics data may be retained
All retained data is kept securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Most account-specific data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request being processed.
How to Delete Your Account
You have several options to request account deletion:
- In-App Deletion: Open your account settings in the ZAP app and select "Delete Account" from the menu.
- Email Request: Send an email to privacy@raygun.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
- Web Form: Complete the form below with your account details.

Processing Time
Once we receive your deletion request, we will verify your identity, and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
